UNIVERSITY OF LONDON 2021 MAY/JUNE EXAMINATIONS
The University has decided to conduct all 2021 May/June examinations (including Law programmes) as Online Assessments, due to the pandemic-related uncertainties and restrictions both in the UK and Singapore. For Year 2021, RELC EB will not be carrying out any UOL exam registration for candidates. Candidates who intend to sit for the 2021 May/June exams (including the Law programmes) will have to register and make the exam fee payment (in GBP) directly to the University via the UOL Student Portal.

The University has advised that there will be a delay in the despatch of the 2020 graduation documents for graduates from UOL 2020 Examinations to RELC. We will email students and update our website with the details on the collection once the documents become available.

REFUND OF LOCAL EXAMINATION CENTRE FEES FOR UOL CANDIDATES IN SINGAPORE
Owing to the large volume of the refunds to be processed for the local examination centre fee, the payment schedule is as follows:
Candidates who have provided the bank details by end of June 2020 and are not subjected to any late fee or special arrangement fees, the refund of the local fees will be credited to your bank account by end-July 2020. This would be subject to correct bank details submitted.
For candidates who were subjected to late fee or special arrangement fees during the UOL registration period, the refund of the local fees will be credited to your bank account by end-August 2020.
Note : When you receive the email on the refund advice, this would mean that your refund is being processed and arrangements for the refund shall be made.Your patience and kind understanding is very much appreciated.
UOL JULY TO DECEMBER 2020 EXAMINATIONS
The University of London has announced that the assessments for July to December 2020 Examinations will be delivered online. Candidates who wish to sit for the July to December 2020 examinations will need to register for the examinations online, directly with the University. For any queries about the examination registration details, candidates are to contact the University via the Ask a Question link in the UOL Student Portal.

In view of the change in the mode of the examinations and the economic challenges brought on by the global pandemic, we are pleased to inform all affected candidates that a Full Refund of the local Exam Centre fees will be issued. This decision was made in the interest of all UOL candidates who have registered to take the paper-based examinations in Singapore, with the support of UOL.
We will notify all affected candidates in batches, by 05 June, on the details of the refund procedures.
We thank all candidates for the great patience and understanding shown during such challenging times, and wish everyone all the best in their upcoming examinations online. Keep well and stay safe.

CANCELLATION OF UNIVERSITY OF LONDON JULY/AUGUST 2020 EXAMINATIONS
The July/August 2020 rescheduled examinations have now been cancelled and students will be assessed through Online Examinations. The university will notify students on the procedures for the online examinations in due course.

RELC EB will be writing to affected students by batches within the next 6 weeks on the refund of the local fees, subject to the administrative fee.

Late Fee payment of S$85 will apply after blackout date except for students who sat for Undergraduate Laws Re-sit, Postgraduate Laws & Other Master/PG Diploma / PG Certificate October 2019 Examinations who will have extended registration deadline as follows:
Continuing Registration Fee (CRF): 1 November Initial Registration Fee (IRF) : 30 November
Otherwise they will need to login their query via the UOL Student Portal “Ask a Question” link or complete the Student Advice Centre Form.
2. Once you have downloaded the EEF from the 4th week of December, login to RELC Candidate Portal to ensure your subject entries in RELC Candidate Portal and the EEF tallies. Then proceed to AXS station for payment during the registration period. Otherwise email RELC EB at uol@relc.org.sg with email subject as “Subject Entries Issues” and attach EEF for clarification.
3. For new candidates, you will be able to access RELC Candidate Portal from early January 2020 after receiving an email from RELC on your Login ID. If you do not receive your login details by 7 January, please email us at uol@relc.org.sg.

At the AXS station, select Education > SEAMEO RELC > RELC EB (Exams/Tests) > University of London Exam Fees. Acceptable cards: any ATM/Debit Card or POSB/DBS Visa/Master and Diners Club Credit Card. Ensure withdrawal/credit limit is sufficient.

After you have successfully paid at the AXS station, please indicate the Receipt/Auth number and date of AXS payment on the Exam Entry Form (EEF) and log into RELC Candidate Portal to submit page one of your EEF by the following day. Please keep the AXS receipt as proof of payment as this is the Official Receipt. RELC EB will NOT issue another receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you intend to send the payment to us by mail / post, we strongly recommend that you use secure post or registered mail to ensure that the mail do not get lost. Entries received after the stipulated deadlines will be subjected to the Bureau's approval and a late fee of S$85 will be imposed for all approved late entries.

You may cancel your examination entry or withdraw your examination entry by informing us through the RELC Candidate Portal or email your withdrawal request to uol@relc.org.sg by 31 January 2020. You must keep to the prerequisites and the rules in the UOL Programme Regulations for the courses you study before you make any withdrawal. Please inform UOL about the withdrawal via the UOL VLE Portal. The terms and conditions for withdrawal/refund is as follows:
Only the examination fee portion is refundable. Local fees or any late or administrative fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any withdrawal request received after 31 January 2020 will not be entitled to any refund.
Refund request will be final and there will be no reinstatement of any subject/module/ course/programme that you have requested to withdraw.
Please download your Admission Notice 10 days before the start of the examination, by accessing your UOL Student Portal under “My Account > My Assessment > Admission Notice > Request Email. Please click here for the guide to download your admission notice.
RELC EB will email candidates the details on the Examinations Venue and the instructions on how to view their desk number via RELC Candidate Portal 5 working days before the start of the examination. All candidates (except for Global MBA) are to refer to RELC Candidate Portal.

Candidates need to ensure that they maintain a valid and updated email address in both UOL Student Portal and RELC Candidate Portal.
If candidates do NOT receive the email 3 days before the start of their first paper, please email RELC EB at uol@relc.org.sg or call 6734 4398 (Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm).
Any request to switch or add exam modules after payment has been made to RELC EB should be submitted to UOL for approval. Candidates should notify RELC EB (uol@relc.org.sg) immediately of the changes and pay the administrative fee plus the difference in exam and local fees (if any) to RELC EB. Such request has to be submitted with approval correspondence from UOL latest by 28 Feb 2020. For refund policy, please refer to “Registration for UOL Examinations > Withdrawal from Examination” tab.
Regulations
Candidates are advised to check their Row/Desk number before entering the examination hall/room either via RELC Candidate Portal (3 working days before the exam date) or in front of the exam hall/room on the exam day.
Candidates should arrive at least 30 mins before the start of their examination and deposit their personal belongings (including all electronic devices) before taking their seat.
Should candidates arrive after the commencement of the examination, candidates may be permitted to take the examination but will NOT be allowed extra time.
Candidates are not permitted to leave the examination hall/room during the first 30 minutes and in the final 10 minutes of their paper.
Candidates must place their Admission Notice and photographic identification (passport/driving license or national identity card) on their desk with the candidate number clearly displayed. These items must remain on their desk throughout the examination.
Candidates are strongly advised NOT to bring any valuables to the examination venue. Neither RELC Examinations Bureau nor the administrator of the examination venue will assume responsibility or liability for any personal belongings stolen, lost or damaged. Any personal belongings brought to the examination venue shall be at the candidates’ own risk.
Only ink and ballpoint pens are allowed. Pencils can be used for diagrams only. Candidates must not write in pencil or use any correction fluid.
All electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops and smart watches etc. must be switched off and placed in the personal belongings area. These items must not be brought to the examination desk. No ear plugs or ear defenders are allowed to be used during the examination.
No food or drink other than water in a clear, see-through container is permitted in the examination hall/room.
The question paper is to be submitted together with the completed answer script.
Release of Results
1. UOL examination results will be released online.
2. UOL will email candidates the link to the webpage that displays the online exam results.
3. Click here to view the release dates of UOL Examination Results online. The Notification of Results will be available from the UOL Student Portal (VLE) several days after the release dates.
4. Please note that results are released by University of London and the University has the sole discretion over its release. If you have any queries on your results, please log a query under “Ask A Question” link in the UOL Student Portal.
Collection of Graduation Certificates for UOL 2020 Examinations
1. The University of London Graduation Certificates for the following UOL 2020 Examinations are now available for collection. 2. Due to the global pandemic, where candidates need to observe safe management measures (SMMs), collection of graduation certificates is STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This arrangement is for personal collection and only respective student/appointed proxy is permitted to enter the collection room. 3. Graduates will receive an email from RELC EB with the link to access the booking form to select the available appointment date and time together with details on the collection period and place of collection. 4.
